We work with different dominican architects and civil engineers. They can assist you, with our help, to plan and design  your Villa, apartment project, commercial project or even your residential project. The cost for plans are aprox. 4 % of the price of a Villa. Besides we are offering 8 homes (see “proposals”) at fixed prices, ready to move in.
