The owners have designed and furnished the Villa with all the amenities they would expect for their own vacation comfort as well as yours. This includes, but its not limited to full air conditioning on both floors, including individual settings for each bedroom, and back-up of both electrical and water supply.
Located just 20 minutes east of the Puerto Plata Airport, the Villa is located in the beach town of Cabarete within a gated and secure court of 4 luxury homes. BEACHFRONT on an expansive secluded beach, the Villa is near the downtown of Cabarete, as well as the police station, pharmacy, banks, grocery stores and restaurants.
Once you enter the gates of our stone laid courtyard, your new luxury vacation villa will be just steps away. The soft pastel pink and white color of the Villa will make you realize that you are about to begin your Caribbean vacation in a real Caribbean tranquil atmosphere, but the modern architecture with glass block walls will also speak to you of class and quality.
From the moment you step into the Villa , you will be struck by the elegant and spacious open floor plan of the entryway, dining room and kitchen area. However, you will be awestruck by the rock-wall waterfall on your right whose waters gently flow into a pool of shells and exotic fish shared with the rock-wall waterfall located in the living room. On your left, two large mahogany windows allow for a full view of beach and outside tea room. Your welcome basket filled with local fresh fruit and other treats will be straight ahead on the counter that separates the dining area with the entrance area.
The interior incorporates dramatic open spaces, majestic marble floors throughout, and high ceiling fans. Airs conditioning in the living room, TV/DVD room, and each bedroom, with ceiling fans as well as comfortable ocean cross breezes are your choice to keep your house cool.
Your dinning area, located between the kitchen and entryway, embraces a circular table, with eight (8) complete place settings and wine glasses. The table, designed by a Danish artist and fabricator is all glass with a steel cross center piece that is true art decor. Behind the table, in the bay of the circular floor and window arrangement, four hand carved musician statues from Thailand appear to be playing various Asian instruments while you eat your gourmet meal and view the ocean and beach area.
This gourmet meal can be whipped up in your fully equipped kitchen, by you OR your maid, complete with cookware and utensils, stainless steel appliances that include a full size refrigerator, counter gas stove, built-in oven, exhaust fan, and microwave. Other small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and of course a blender for those fresh mixed drinks and frosty’s that you so love while living your Caribbean dream vacation.
Your living room with elegant and custom built rattan furniture by local artists beckons your call to kick back and relax to the local Bachata band playing on the stereo under the stairs. Or simply enjoy the restful sounds of your second rock-wall waterfall located in the glass block atrium beside you. Choose between the fans overhead or air conditioning to keep you cool, and with a full couch, love seat and full size chair, you can accommodate all your guests or family in comfort.
However, if you really want to relax after a nice day in the sun and you just want to stay inside, enter the TV/DVD room, where a TV bed awaits you and/or your family in comfort. Choose between 100 plus cable stations, including HBO and Cinemax, or pop in a movie in the DVD player. Your big screen TV is hung on the wall and looks down at you for perfect entertainment viewing. To keep yourself cool, choose either the ceiling fan or the individual air conditioning unit. The stainless steel water cooler is located there for your convenience and is maintained with fresh cool spring bottle water.
Its time to climb the marble staircase where stain-glass windows surround you in the semicircle of the structure as you reach its half point landing. On your trip up to the second level, a majestic and museum quality painting of Buddha, with all the rich colors of the home welcomes you to your peaceful resting zone. A large floor standing vase with mirrored fragment inserts stands proudly on the second floor balcony with a large circular mirror. Both pieces were built by local artisans and artists and exemplify the talents and diversity within the Dominican culture.
There are 3 bedrooms on this floor and access to the rooftop pool and sun chairs. The smallest room incorporates a queen poster bed with quality mattress, surrounded by windows, large ceiling fan, individual air conditioning and a high quality bathroom and cedar lined closets. The bathrooms in all bedrooms are the same; a black one-piece toilet, stainless steel basin, and walk-in glass block shower with oversized showerhead and thick fresh towels and facecloths. Although the smallest bedroom, the room is large and spacious, with lots of room for luggage and relaxation.
The next bedroom is a larger room, with a king size 4-poster high bed, with quality mattress and a wall-hung TV w/cable. This room has a small patio that overlooks the courtyard and beach. Windows are throughout and face the beach, only steps away. Stain glass from local artists add a Caribbean flavor to the room, as well as ceiling fan and individual air conditioning. The ensuite bathroom, like all other bedrooms is magnificent and incorporates a sea breeze designed ventilation to keep the room free of any dampness.
The master bedroom is exactly like the other room, with its king size 4-poster bed, wall hung TV w/cable, windows and washroom, however, it incorporates a large patio that overlooks the beach and also has the spiral stairs leading to the rooftop pool and sun area. Sit on your patio furniture with your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a cool cocktail, either way, this part of the house is unique and is directly in the path of the ocean breeze.
Climb the spiral staircase and it takes you to the third level, where the sundeck (with new multi-positional sun chairs) and hot tub await you. We know of no other villa that has such a logical place for your sun and hot tub, but at this Villa, we have thought of everything. Flowers hide any curious on-lookers that want to look up, keeping you totally private, but letting the sun in with no obstructions whatsoever. Even a shower is located here for your comfort.
Added recently to the Villa is our unique negative edge Infinity swimming pool with swim up bar stools. A stairway begins in the water and exists up to your master bedroom suite and another patio with super-sized comfort lounges.
If you want to be on the beach, but still be able to cook or prepare your favorite drinks, we have a cooking area, within the swim up bar just steps from the sand. Here you have a propane cooktop, a sink, a wood bbq and a wonderful bar with stools. Enjoy yourself on the beach, either at waters edge or on our cement platform under your very own palm trees. With a flick of the switch in your kitchen, the trees light up for your convenience and ambiance of your choice. Beach loungers and towels are available for your enjoyment.
In the evenings, or in the slight chance of inclement weather, or if you just need to get away from everybody and read a good book, we even have an outside teahouse. Here you can relax, open the windows for a cool ocean breeze, and simply get away from it all. The room is filled with cushions on round seating, candles, chandelier, table, and even a unique Hookah herbal smoker from morocco! A unique room in a unique Villa.
And lets not forget, your villa is complete with a maid, to clean the house, your clothes and even cook your meal upon request. She arrives at 9 and is there to help you till 5, 5 days a week. You can ask her to change her times for your convenience or you can show her your favorite drink and ask her to have one ready for you at your beckon call! Either way, she is there to make your vacation as perfect as possible and one to remember.
Our manager will pick you up at the airport in his air conditioned van, and is there for your added comfort to take you anywhere you want during your vacation. (Applicable small charges apply.)
