Las Terrenas Area : 4 hills with seaview for sale Dream Oceanview Hilltop property : This hilltop estate consists of 2 farms, situated in the hills above Las Terrenas on the Samana peninsula. From our four hills you have a spectacular 360º view: In the northern half you see the Atlantic Ocean merging with the horizon (a line of about 220 km from Cabrera to Cabo Cabrón). The view round the southern half is filled with the green hills that surround our property. The altitude (about 330 m above sea level) creates very pleasant temperatures and cooling breezes. The distance to the town of Las Terrenas ( 4 miles ) guarantees tranquility and a pure environment.
